Can anyone find the time for re-fletching?

Hi there

My internet connection isn't the best, so it takes a few more seconds for commands to go through to RS. This script does the command again if the last one took too long. For example, it opens the bank, but nothing happens so it tries again after a few seconds. I lagg a bit so usually it takes a few seconds extra.
The problem I have is with:
-using knife on maple log and choosing how many longbows I want to fletch
-opening bank

Can anyone tell me where I can edit these bits to change the time? Also, is there like a certain time format with scripts. How do you know which bit is the time one?
