E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy game - Screen Issues

Basically, think of your monitor to be cut into fourths. When I load eye, everything loads up, but the 'bottom right fourth of the game' shows up in the 'top left fourth' so basically, I can only see/move my mouse in that small part of the game. I have no idea whats going on, any tips?​
