Kylie is A Scammer (Tons of Proof)

Sorry R2Pleasent for getting you in the middle of this.

Short Story:

I sold Kylie a few mills, he sent me money on paypal. Next day I got chargebacked. He told me the account was stolen and he apologized. He said he would give me my money back if I agreed to vouche for him saying I bought ALOT of mills. I told him it was a deal, but I wasnt really going to do that. He gave me my money back and here I am reporting him.

He Also told me he had to use a proxy to get on sythe.org cuzz he is IP banned....
