Question

Is there such thing as a RS2/RS1 private server that requires NO downloading and is safe (like runs off java like regular rs?)

ok i found moparscape webclient, but it says its downloading a file when its loading. so wtf..

 

do u mean by rs1 rsc? cuz if so im not sure if there is a webclient for it. only downloads.
