    Dying on a smoke.

Me and some friends decided to try and quit from today. I generally smoke about 20 roll-ups a day, maybe more.
This is my first craving today, and it's 22:54, so not bad, though I had a joint earlier so that's probably why.

Anyone know any ways to smother my craving?

    Dying on a smoke.

    Just say to yourself :
"Does smoking REALLY make my life better?"
Think about the damage it will cause in the long-term, I'm not a smoking hater nor a preacher, I have done it but I gladly, didn't get myself addicted.
Just be determined, have a reason for giving up.

    Dying on a smoke.

The main reason it's hard to stop is knowing how good the feeling is to satisfy the craving. :(

My Craving's went away as soon as i found lump's on my balls ( Not Joking )
I Went for a scan and the doctor said they are just lump's and luckyily not cancerous.

Everybody know's smoking is dangerous but alot of people thinking oh well it wont effect me,

TRUST ME, it does effect you.

Not worth it in the end, paying money to die really.

    Dying on a smoke.

Find other ways to occupy your time, if you're out exercising or doing something you enjoy, it'll keep your mind of smoking. If you're sitting around all day, chances are you'll revert back to your old habits.

    Dying on a smoke.

Try going out with a few friends, tell them not to smoke infront of you, go hang around with some family. Maybe try finding a hobby you enjoy.
