Are they rare?

If it was unique or actually had a meaning to it, then probably.

However if it's like Ryan1923 or something then nope:noworry:

 

they are not rare, unless they spell out a meaningfull word

Well not really, but if you were to find a big clan with initial "c" then maybe you could sell it to them as a clan mascot
