What's the best way to go for my Range Tank?

Hey there I have a range tank with the following stats - 70 def, 92 range, 79 magic, 83 constitution, 46 prayer. What should I do? As in, what stats to get up? I'm going to be wildy pking when it comes out. Also, Im pretty bad at pking-ish. I panic alot

Anyone give me a small guide xD Like I said - What stats should I get, what setup of gear should I use, etc
