    Karu was selling account upgrades and I need some badly, so we met on Rs and talked on msn, and we met an agreemeent.

    Though, I payed him the rsgp, he blocked me on msn, logged of, and ran to his bank then logged of RS.

    I have his RuneScape name in the screenshots, msn, etc.
    I suggest he is IP banned because he has been making multiple accounts saying he has vouches but doesn't show them.
