Disoxaril2 Scammed Me

Payed him 10M OSRS for (what was supposed to be) 2B Elkoy
I went first seeing his posts and user history, he immediately logged out and deleted me from Skype right after. I took screenshots of our conversation.

I hope this provides enough evidence to get his account banned.
If you notice, when I ask for him to message me on Sythe (Time stamp : 9:01 PM ) he replies
with "done" (Skype Time stamp: 9:01 PM )

This is also my very first time trading with 07 gold so it really sucks. I don't normally trade with small-name sellers but I gave it a shot. We even discussed my current financial limitations, he seemed like a good enough guy but I should've been more cautious. I hope this guy gets banned and no one else has to lose their money.
