[Durance] requesting a pardon for [using someones GFX]

• Report/post/reason that got you banned: I am not 100% sure why I got banned, I think it was because I accidentally used "Kiyosha('s)" text for my thread layout, someone reported me for it, the user "Kiyosha" didn't really care that I used it at all but I was banned for a month, I came back then I got banned again which I have no idea why. If someone provided me a reason, I can justify it.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Well honestly, I didn't mean to use the gfx I used, I didn't mean no harm. I was just trying to make an appealing Vouch page. The user "Kiyosha" even said she didn't care at all and that it was a from website. I believe I deserve a second chance. I apologize and I will not do it again.
