He scammed me out of large amount of neopoints after I went first. Do not trade with him. I will do a scammer report once I compile the screens and such.

Tried making a purchase from me too. Knew he was a shady fuck lol. He wanted to make a deal with me about a year ago. I showed him proof of the item by putting it in a gallery, and then he expected me to go first when it came time for the payment. Somehow the account ended up iced as well. He's a scammer for sure.
