DuoQ with Scripting

Does a Duoq with a scripter get banned as well if the scripter gets caught? My friend just got BoL and i'm seeing if I can get from plat2 to diamond without getting banned, just by duoq with him. Not really willing to pay for eloboost so seeing if this works xD

It would probably vary on a case by case basis depending on how many games you played with him.

They can't reasonably perma or take someone's rewards for a "low" number of duo games with a scripter.

 

I'd probably bet on a 2 week + ranked rewards removed ban rather than a perm

 

probably, since they banned anyone duoing with people that abused the ult glitch a while back

so dont be a faggot and earn your ranks legitimately

 

Since its high ELO you'll probably most definitely be caught. And it'll be pretty severe too. Boosting to Diamond with a scripter duo will be more than 2 weeks imo

But to answer, yes, playing +/-20 or so games with a scripter will get you banned.

 

Depends on the script. Can play 1000 ranked and not get banned. All depedant on the script.

 

it will probably just be evadee. No zoomhack as I'm pretty sure there was a huge banwave a while ago for that. I guess I will try for a bit and if I get called out in game stop for sure

That would be completely ridiculous if you got banned because your DuoQ was using a script. I 100% believe that you will not be banned because your friend uses scripts.

 

lmao, no. Just no. If the guy using scripts gets caught, he will face the ban, they are not gonna check his ranked history and ban you as well. At most you will face a loss of all ranked rewards for that season and thats IF they bother to get you too. Don't listen to these other idiots, i've been playing league for 6 years now.

I feel like it is unfair to ban the person duo with the scripter... I mean, in some cases the person may not even be aware.

 

Don't script ranked games..

 

I'm fairly certain it is bannable (http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueofleg..._post_if_you_duo_with_botrk_bug_user_you_are/) but Riot doesn't exactly have a stellar record of punishing cheaters in a timely manner (i.e. Xerath scripters)
