He has hacked my account and is on a 9 loss streak in gold 2. I paid for Gold 1 to Plat 5 and hes already in gold 2 with 0 lp. If any of the mods can get back to me on what can be done, please let me know. I just want my account back please

 

Since he knows your password he's changed your email aswell - this means you cant use the "Forgot Password" option. Your only choice is to open a ticket with Riot and they will restore it. They may ask you some security questions first however (such as the IP the account was created with and what not - they have a standard formular with questions).

 

Juusuhako is right. The mods here can't do anything to help with your LoL account itself - you'll have to go straight to Riot for that.
