Report/post/reason that got you banned:

If I remember correctly I was banned for selling a hacked Runescape account name. I didn't actually sell the account name but it was an attempt. I then proceed to ban evade using the username "Extrapulate". I also thought I had another account named "IProAce" but it seems that I did not.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:

No repayment necessary as no one lost any money.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I do believe I was banned for ban evading but not sure so I just want to put that out there.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Somewhere in 2011-2012 I got my hands on a nice Runescape account. It was a player mod account and had the name of a Spirit shield. I then proceeded to come online and attempt to sell the name but was caught in the act pretty fast. I remember coming on Sythe and spending countless hours just reading and posting on Runescape related threads and roaming the Sythe community. A pardon for me would mean me having the ability to have my good days again, me feeling happy and having something to do when nothing was on TV or Xbox was boring. Unfortunately I know sometimes attempts of scamming and ban evading really can't be forgiven by a community because I just pose another threat for people but I can assure you I am not like that anymore. I have grown older and understand the implications of scamming others of out their hard earned items whether it be virtual goods or physical ones. I know whatever decisions is made by the moderators will be the right one, whether I like it or not. Thank you for having a consideration of giving me another chance.

Also Faze Fakie was banned for an attempted scam as well as evasion.

 

I do accept those account as being mine. I did think I had other accounts but I couldn't find the usernames of them. I thought they were under different names but couldn't find the names. I couldn't remember if I actually had other accounts or not. As for the TWC I thought that was included on my attempt to scam, otherwise I would have stated that also. I tried to keep clean for a lot before I applied for a pardon because I knew these attempts to ban evade wouldn't help my case so I laid off on it and did my "time". Maybe it wasn't enough time but we will find out I guess.

 

Well, I can only see a couple of reports of attempted scams, nothing that actually would show that you owe anyone.

Regardless, I won't be supporting this time around.

 

Thank you for your consideration Brendan. I can understand why you wouldn't support as I still might be a threat to the site's community. However I can assure you my almost 2 years off sythe I have matured and understood the deeds I tried to do were not acceptable. However like I said I understand all decisions made by Sythe mods will be fair with me whether in my favor or not.

 

There have been far too many pardons voted on/allowed to continue with information that staff missed and/or was very well hidden.

If you had even the slightest suspicion that there were additional offenses you'd committed, it should have been brought to our attention.

The message needs to be sent that withholding any sort of information is serious, and won't be tolerated.

A pardon is put in place for users to confess to every wrongdoing on Sythe (or any offsite blackhat in which we punish.)

Nobody likes to be the one made an example of, but your timing seems to just be poor. Regardless, using my history and tenure on Sythe to judge I highly doubt this pardon would be successful. Next time be sure to include every single piece of relevant information.

Hey, I know my thread has been closed however I did previously state that I had a third account however I didn't know its name in the original Pardon request. It says I thought I had an account named "IProAce" but it turned out the name wasn't it. I wasn't withholding any information intentionally I those accounts were made in 2014 and used for couple days before they were struck down for ban evasion. I just feel as if I didn't try to withhold any information if I stated that there was another account which I didn't know the name of. Even though 4 showed up I did state 3 of them. Its natural for a human to forget stuff over 2 year time. If you ask a Calculus student who majors in like the medical field he may not know anything....
