Dunno if I just clicked a malacious link.

Well somebody just posted a sythe thread on one of my threads saying I was a scammer. So I clicked it without checking the legitimacy of the link.

It led to the sythe page where you log in. I clicked out of it instantly cause it didn't look right. Checked the url and saw it wasn't legit.

The guy's already been banned for doing the same thing on other threads. Running a virus scan now but wondering if I'm safe.

The link posted last leads to a niceurl.org with a slash of letters next to it.

 

It's just a phishing link from the looks of it, provided you didn't enter your Sythe details into it then you should be fine. If you're paranoid that you may have something, then you can download Malwarebytes and run a scan with that. As for the phishing link, I'll see if an administrator can't get this censored out.

Malware removal scans didn't pick up anything. AV scan got nothing as well.
