Found an old botted account, help me turn it into a STAKER?

It stats at the moment are 65 attack, 60 str, 65 defense, 64hp, 4 prayer (i know, shh idc) and has 350k dung tokens waiting to be spent. So here's my idea...

I know "armor on" staking consists of 5 hour spamming until a noob stakes you, but whatever im up for that. I plan on getting 80 attack, 60 str, 80 defense, 80+hp (whatever i can be bothered with) with Chaotic Kiteshield and Rapier, statius helm and vesta plate+legs, and a ring of vigour (explained later)

The part I'm not too sure about is at that combat level, would taking a rapier over CLS be more effective in an armor on stake? People have been saying that CLS would fucking own over rapier in a stake like that but since i haven't owned both i really don't know. Which leads me to my next problem is SPECIAL ATTACK -- I don't know what to use for a special, which leads me to my next idea. Everyone seems to use a vesta long for specs in armor on from what i've seen, but half the time the fights drag out for long after the special attacks, so my plan is to bring statius warhammer (used with ring of vigour) for 3 consecutive specials to reduce their defense, then swap out to my choice of chaotic...

So, this is all just a theory for now, if anyone has any input or opinions post away, i'm sure theres probably a flaw in my plan somewhere but thats why im posting it lol
