Trusted Dung Leeches

Does anybody know some trusted sellers of leeching? They don't need to have a sythe, but I'd like to know how much they cost and how many times you've used them. If you haven't used them then please don't post.
*for anyone that doesn't know who sellers are, they are the people who do floors while you basically afk in the start room for money* Thank you all in advance
