Initiate pure guide?

Hey guys, I'm looking for an *updated* initiate pure guide. Does anyone have one they know of? I would be very grateful if you could link me to it

That's one if your just looking for quests, basic training spots, suggests stats ect.

just follow a 1 defence pure guide but add in nature spirit(rune gloves)will go to 13 def, and what lies below(for dagon hai) which will go to 20 def

 

Sounds about right. ;P You don't see these pures much anymore.

 

Are they not a good pure anymore? I was thinking 80 attack, 80 dung, 43 prayer, 20 def, 99 str.

 

You can do fremminick trials instead of what lies below so you can wear mystic.
