Hey Dude Shut Up - Banned for WHAT?!

I got banned on my other account, "Hey Dude Shut Up". I was banned for "Ban Evasion" but I've never done such a thing. I've had a brother who was banned from sythe last year so I think this was the source of me getting banned. But I'm obviously not a person to ban from this wonderful community. I have +5 vouches and +3 trades. I've sold 3 accounts and NOT ONE person was unsatisified on what they got. To prove I'm not evading a ban, and it was my brother who got banned he told me his old username and email:

YOU CAN CHECK, I swear to god I'm not him. Anyways can you please unban me from these forums as I'm just an innocent poster, who has been on these forums for months.
