Any piano players? Need help.

Hey guys. Do any of you play piano? I am absolutely determined to learn a song but the problem is I can only switch between and play single chords, really. This seems like it (might have?) a kind of complex fingering and if I could get some tips on how to do that it would be amazing. I've got the singing and guitar bit down, but they aren't too tough. Again, I am determined and I have a lot of patience; don't tell me it's too hard for a beginner or anything . Thank you all.

Edit: Based on guitar, I know that the chord pattern goes something like
"Em-Em-C-G-Am-Em-C"
"Em-Em-C-G-Am-Em-C"
"Em-Em-D-G-Am-Em-C"
"Em-Em-C-G-Am-Em-C"
And I can switch between those easy enough. It's just the technique (i.e. making it sound good) that I struggle with. (I can only really play single chords; pressing all three notes at once)


It's more of a pop-rock style song-- not classical.

 

i know that feeling you have, i used to paly piano but not anymore so i dont remember what but i would love to learn again hopefully someone can help us good luck!!
