Maybe. I'm pretty sure the game isn't made to weild it like that so could be normal.

 

Private server picture cropped into normal game. Item bonuses are saved in a document and loaded from it. If he actually did dual weild, it'd only be twice the bonus. The server has no reason to add 8000 mage attack. I think it's one of the servers with the seers ring having 8000 mage attack for admins. So yeah, fake.

 

Oh man if this is legit he could seriously destroy anyone!
