A paste of the past 5 lines of the conversation: [11:44:02 AM] Josh: You do realize that this is technically a crime, both in the United States and the United Kingdom, just in case you do scam me.
[11:45:10 AM] Josh: I contacted PayPal asking them about the situation, and they said that if I have fallen victim to this, then I should file a Fraud and/or Scam report to my local police department, as well as an online scam report to the London police department.
[11:45:46 AM] Panzan Sythe: yes. but i havnt scammed
[11:45:53 AM] Josh: I have yet to do anything, because you haven't scammed me.
[11:46:01 AM] Panzan Sythe: my deal is when i receive 37m you get the money via PP
