Infraction - Has it really came to this?

CosRob handed me an infraction for writting a joke, IF he had bothered to even look at the entire thread as opposed to my single post he would see the mood of the ENTIRE thread was a bit of a fun one as well as the topic its self, THEE thread creator even played along with the puns and acknowledged my post as a joke,

Further down the post Oxodium made a similar post, I highly doubt he was infracted for that,

I dont really care about the infraction but taking a little look before handing out infractions willy nilly wouldnt hurt,
