Summoning & Runecrafting Help

So I'm at 44 summoning and I was wondering what would be the best way to level it.
Currently, I've got:
17k or so golds
5.5k or so crims
2.2k greens
300 blues

I'd like someone to help me out and tell me what to do to level it.

ALSO
What would be the best way to level runecrafting from 1-99 on a low level account?

 

Anyone help?

 

How much $$ you spending on i dont mind calculate this but i only got 15mins

 

I usually get rid of the lower level charms first. So, use as many golds as you can (as long as it's a suitable familiar -- don't do one that's absurdly expensive), then greens, then crims, then blues.

If you dont minds finding Raw brid meat

940 Green Charms + 940guam = 52Summoning,

15889 Raw bird meat + Gold = 75

1260 Green + 1260 banana = 76

And i would keep Crism and blue until u can get Yak

 

Use them in the order of gold -> green -> crimson -> blue.

Basically use the best charms last to get the best exp out of them.

 

1-14 airs, 14-40 fire, 40-44 nats, 44-81 nats(abyss or graahk), 81-92 dbl astral(or deaths) 92-99 graahking nats.

Tell it what charms you have, it will tell you what to make and what lvl you can get to with it.

 

I don't have that much cash right now.
Might need to transfer when free trade comes.
