Before you start flipping your pancakes hear my two cents.

I was recently scrolling through sythe and had a break through. I realized how hard the fellow staff have it. I've seen people complain how lazy they are. We'll guess what your wrong. You THINK you know what they go through because you staffed on a shitty little minecraft server. Oh but you haven't been in the position of handling 600+ people a day. They have to sit down on computer 24/7 scroll through threads while listening to scammers and post whores just to make YOUR day better. They have to deal with people impostering there life and interrupting there time. Do you think they get paid to do is? From my point of view they don't, they take there time out of there day to help YOU. The best we can do is make it easier on them. This is not to get attention this is to say thank you, to all the sythe staff team you have done a great job. Why don't you take the time out of your day to appreciate one another. It doesn't take long to write a paragraph to brighten another's day. Hopefully you learn from this and give a little more respect to our staff and/or our members.
