In 2007 I was banned for having multiple accounts. I did not know better in 2007, and I did not commit the offense in order to scam, or do anything malicious on Sythe.org. I now realize what I did was against Sythe.org regulations and I apologize.

I also have a ripping offense in my name. At the time going for user educator and ripped a guide off of a book I was reading in HTML class. I am guilty of both offenses, and regret them both thoroughly.

I led a clean slate here at Sythe, I've never caused anybody trouble. No scam reports, and always did my best to stay out of trouble. My past unfortunately caught up to me and ended up getting my account banned.

You'll notice that many of my posts are not in the market. I primarily enjoyed Sythe.org for the community, and Runescape aspects. I meant no harm to anybody. For what it's worth I'll even accept a market ban if it makes the Sythe.org staff feel any safer.

I've never been a threat, and I don't think my previous offenses have changed that. I love Sythe, and I would really appreciate a chance to come back and enjoy the community again.

I'm not going to make this a big long drawn out thing as it really doesn't have to be. I am sorry for my offenses, and hope that the staff can understand my forgetfulness and take into account that I lead a four year career here on Sythe without a single offense. I am no threat, I just really like Sythe. We all know how fast members turn over here (come, scam, leave) and considering I was around for four years without a single report I think my "threat-level" is/was minimal.

I was 14 at the time of the offenses, I am now 19. I have matured a lot. I coach the local school's volleyball team, I'm a volunteer firefighter, I volunteer a lot of my time and am a great guy if you get to know me. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask.

I lead the attack in getting tgop1990 banned. The rule you guys are enforcing was not in effect when I was banned, and my ban was concerning something completely different.

Clearly Cosrob pointed out at the time I was fine. Holding me to offenses I did not commit seems unfair to me. I proved myself innocent. I don't play RS anymore, and like I said I never did a lot of trading on here. If it was an offense today, I could understand being held to that rule. That rule is new, and that whole scam is old. Can't see that being right. That's like changing the prices of something and contacting every person who previously bought it and charging them the difference between old price and new price.

Paying back those members will be extremely difficult for me as I don't know the value of things on RS, and with my being banned makes it very difficult to get in contact with members. I'd obviously have to pay it in cash somehow.

The only member I feel I could be held responsible for is testing123 as I did have information for his account that I described in this topic at one point or another, even though he changed the password as soon as I finished the quest. He verified all was good in MSN conversations. If there had of been an issue, he would have brought it up on that thread.

I really miss this place and I'll jump through these hoops if you make me but I really was a legitimate member. I was semi-active for four years, never got in anybody's way and never got myself into trouble. I've had a couple people say that they support me including an administrator, yet I've made no headway.

I was 14 when I committed the offenses. I'm 19 now, I coach high school volleyball, I'm a volunteer firefighter, live a clean life and it bugs me knowing that there's somewhere I can't go due to immaturity years ago. I truly am sorry for those offenses I committed, I really wish it never happened. As I've said in my previous appeals, I'll accept a market ban and perhaps that could be worked off with time.

Yeah, I doubt the rule is still in effect if the event happened before the rule was implemented. So, I guess the previous veto is void.
