I was Banned For Scamming, But Never Really got to explain.

*Wasn't Even The Guy who I Supposedly scammed That reported me*
When looking at the report that was made against me, This was not how the trade happened.
First off the MTCN Western Union Code Was sent to him through MsN.
The trade went a lot different then he stated. At the first attempt at the transaction He said If I sent the Money and he would check the code on the online website /If it Said - awaiting pickup by receiver - he would trade the Santa's and gp. So the first Time we Did this I sent the money before receiving anything, and I figured he would check the Code and it then trade the Santa hats and gp right after, He didn't trade right away and was stalling. So I cancelled the WU payment.
The next Day, And He agreed to trade me the Santa hats first first. So After Work I sent him the mtcn on MsN and will try to on sythe.org as well. As I was at work that day.
SECONDLY:
The chat logs Against me prove nothing, And the account he was Trading was NOT my account in the picture Which is why he didn't show all the chat log. ( Even Though I still received the hats) Also, Me being offline was me offline after we traded / he was never blocked. we successfully completed the trade. He even vouched for me on his thread After we completed it and he picked up the money I also Vouched him.

I did not Take Screenshots of my trade. But his proof doesn't make me guilty by any means. Not hard to see.
But I was reading On some reports on sythe.org And I realized It's not my job to prove my innocents. He is the one making the Accusation, And his proof is far far far from incriminating against me.
