My account says that I have a email as you can see.

but when i click here it says this.


need some assistants.

 

Try posting on the forums/submit a bug report if you can't find anyone on here that knows. Try checking the registered email and see if in the email it has a place to cancel.

Register and email and then try to unregister it?

Unless you didn't want to have an email in the first place. Then go with What Itz Me said.
