Well since I can't seem to get a mod to even look over the report I made ( here http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=874706), I'm putting it back on the first page since I believe it should be taken care of since this is a trusted member in the community.

As you can clearly see him stating he would send me money via PayPal, correct? Also you see I state the email that I use for my PayPal, correct?

So, I decided to make a freshly new PayPal account for these types of things and it was just successful. See by me creating a newly, fresh PayPal it shows that I can only receive funds not send them, correct? It will also show that if I had money in my PayPal it would, clearly, still be there as I can't send on an unverified account.
