First thread - question about chargebacks.

I run a RS gold website, it's legitimate but we don't have much about us.
If someone charges back is the only thing I need to do simply explain that it's an online purchase for online items?

I've had chargebacks for $200-$500 in the past, people seem to be doing it a lot more.

 

Keep picture proof of everything. For example, show yourself delivering the gold so if someone disputes and says they didn't receive it you have proof. Video if you can. Of course there are the basics; don't trade with users who aren't trusted, don't go first if you are more trusted etc.

These are only basic things I have said but there are a few guides on Sythe on how to avoid chargebacks etc., I'll see if I can find some and post them here.

Best way to not get chargedback is actually owning the accounts you're trying to sell. Now get out scum.
