DragosPaul - Update

Hey, Mod told me to show proof if I have it & put it in a new thread, so here it is. I'm not 100% sure if this is where the mod wanted it or not.


Also if anyone knows how I can add notes to the case to help Paypal please tell me how. Thank You.

 

Can you prove that the PayPal that filed a dispute against you is DragosPaul?

 

I sure can.


As you see they put their Sythe username in a note for transaction.

 

That doesn't prove it's him. Can you link the PayPal eMail to him?

 

How does that not prove that's HER? its a girl Chole. (at least I'm pretty sure that's a girls name)

As you see where I circled the note it says -DragosPaul- Sythe.
If you don't think that's 100% nail proof right there then I don't know what is.
this person already has a *Trade With Caution* on their name.
Also as you see it says FUNDS HELD. that means that they took the payment & are holding it til this thing gets sorted out.
Besides if they're a scammer they wouldn't sit there & use their original PayPal email to register with Sythe. Please someone back me up here that knows these sort of things & they way scammers work. (No offense to you Wulfspade1) but you need to think clearer about how scammers deal. Here's that SAME picture as previously posted with NO emails or anything marked out. If this person is gonna pull a charge back on me thenI'll throw all their information out to the public.

 

Anyone can write "DragosPaul" as a note on PayPal, I have to make sure this user isn't being framed. Well, obviously most scammers wouldn't register their PayPal eMail with their Sythe eMail, but you still need to link it to him somehow. Can you post screenshots of the conversation, PMs, etc. anything really, that can link that PayPal eMail to DragosPaul?

 

Umm.. I'll look for more stuff, but why would someone frame someone on this site? I just want people to be aware of this person & their attentions. + it's an old sale from Sep 9th 2012, I think if someone was framing someone they'd do it sooner not when PayPal says that their getting charged back same day as I alerted Sythe. Sep 23rd 2012

 

Thanks, and it's regulation. We can't just take chances and say "it's probably not a frame attempt, anyway." There have been cases where a member has gotten framed before, by the way.

 

That's all I could really find, we mostly just did small replies of private messages or started a new private message. they sent payment after I told them my email & so they left that note of THEIR name on the PayPal transaction so I could confirm I knew who they were, (DragosPaul)

But if it's really this difficult to try & warn other users about this person then just forget it let them trade at their own risk.
