To me it appears the bet went over the max. I don't see anything showing that permission was given for the host to go over his max. KO stated in the chat for the host/bettor to clear tabs but disregarded. I'm sure there could be better evidence provided but its lacking here, all i'm seeing is super cropped pictures which i won't deal with. Either show the whole conversation, or don't bother.
