    His username on here is "Young Cash"....

    I was supposed to buy a Santa Hat from him for 65USD, and after I made the transaction, he logged off.

    I sent the money as a gift on paypal, even stating that I had not received the santa hat.

    I have msn conversations screen shots saved, and PM's of him agreeing to sell me it.

    Please tell me all the info I need to post here.

    Also I would like to know if there is anything I can do about refunding my money from paypal?
