Need Signature + Avatar!

So I have personally had this signature ever since 2011 and i loved it, in its time it stood out and it was .

However today everyone has crazy GFX! so mine feels like its made on paint in comparison to theirs!

So i would like a new one, but not a completely new one!

I would like for it to be Redesigned! So Sinatra image to remain and everything else however from Size/Text/Colors/Clouds to be refurbished.

Also for the Avatar, something that matches the sig with 'TPM' as the letters Would also love for the crown to remain somewhere in the image!

Edits of the signature can be made at anytime if you choose my design and be altered to your satisfaction. The words vouches will be hyperlinked to your signature by slicing if wanted. Also more annotations using speech bubbles can be put to put more hyperlinks like rsgp etc etc!
