Why: Clearly they are both on the same IP Audit, and have heavy interests in RuneScape accounts. That wasn't enough to make the report, so I dug deeper into this, and realized both users have a thread where they are selling DH pure's.

When you look at the account by the banned user [Ceramic Leaf] make sure you pay attention to every stat, and also note that the stats were the only thing mentioned in PokemonGoBasher's thread most likely to prevent himself from being detected. When you compare the banned one to the more recent one you see that every stat there is exactly the same, and a few that were trained after the ban are slightly higher.
