DR-94 Scammed Me (€124)

Briefly explain the trade:

He was selling 2 iPhone 5's here:

He added me on Skype, we got talking, discussed a price etc. Then he started dragging everything out. Basically the trade. (The chat logs clear this up). I asked for a refund many times, still nothing.

How they scammed:

He took my payment and did not send the goods, or refund me when I didn't want to trade anymore. He talks a cool game and says he is an accountant in Belgium who drives a BMW.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:
I posted in the sale thread letting the other guys who were interested in the iPhone's know about how the trade went on. If I was talking to an imposter wouldn't the original seller be like "wtf"?. DR-94 is regularly online as well, so I wouldn't say he hasn't checked his thread.
