Shindyy recovered an account he sold me

Bought an account off Shindyy for $120 PayPal on November 20th, today the account has been recovered so I no longer have access to it.

He told me he was the original owner of the account. I would like a refund in 07gp or for him to refund my original payment..

Not sure if I need any more proof but can provide if necessary, although I doubt he will deny recovering.

Discussing with him on Skype, he says all of his accounts got hacked and he's willing to refund so I'll wait and see what's happening

 

Update: He told me he was going to pay me back on Skype then ignores me. He also reports my Sythe post and asks why does he need to do it? When you sell an account you have full responsibility for recovery, that's why. Also if you are the original owner, you should be the only one that can recover this.

The money took 7 days to go into his PayPal as I paid straight from my debit card and paid for "goods and services". He is also from a different country, so that's probably why it took 7 days. Anyway, I said the money would go in on the 27th and here it is saying sent rather than pending:
