Hello,
We have a worker who we suspect is working for multiple services and posting screenshots of completed work.
We seek guidance on two matters:
Do you believe that our worker "marchmello" and "Iphone (Berserker Manager)" are the same person based on the screenshots?
Berserk Services / @Ash should provide transcripts as proof of the work done. If they cannot, it would likely indicate that they are the same individual and Berserker Admin team knew about it, since he is a manager there.





Building on the previous point, we believe we have the right to remove "marchmello" from our worker list, with all the consequences outlined in our Terms of Service. According to our Terms of Service, working for another service provider or commencing personal services requires agreement from the Founders.

We don't allow our workers to be on different services because it can significantly impact us negatively. If other service providers are less likely to enforce deposits on their workers or if their recruitment system has flaws, a worker might steal from them. This could lead to potential theft on our side as well. Even if the worker has the required deposit with us, their actions could damage someone else's account and harm our reputation.

1-screenshots posted are different between mine and the other if you look to the points aren't same and it possible to be same job
2- the date of the posts are different and i was already doing another jobs on mypvm server
3- i am always high deposit on mypvm server and if I'm doing another jobs for another servers i won't keep high deposit
4- about the text it's similary text, i didnt write any thing uniqe on it and when you look on the first 2 posted photo the other person didn't do the same text and after he change his words and the 2nd 2 posts not same and when you look at them aren't same photos and not even same text with no uniqe words
5- i am already talk to mypvm owners about this situation and explain this to them and we made deal for keep minimum deposit 750$ to prove my loyalty to them
