Downloader (SCAR, SRL, SVN and Reflection)

Hi, I'm bringing another of my applications, which consists in a downloader. It has the option to download SCAR 3.15b, SCAR 3.15b portable edition, SVN, SRL and Reflection(see instructions). Enjoy
