Can you scroll down to show how the conversation ends? You haven't provided proof of nonpayment

[Sheba888]

Sadly I cannot

The conversations ends with me going,,,

hello?
hello?
hellooooo?
you have 5 minutes to respond
hello?
allright....

wow

I have long since closed that msn window.

I advise a twc at the least....as he scammed on such a small trade

Personally, my opinion. Ban the accused user, seems to be sufficient proof to me that he has bailed after the upgrade has been applied.

Will leave this for a global though.
