No support at all, we really shouldn't have rules based on post counts as that is really useless.
Even people who posts things like that gets taken care of by a staff member sooner or later and seriously, who falls for those kind of things?

Post count should matter because instead of instantly being able to post links, they have to get a higher post count which might discourage it a bit. Also, most legit members don't post much links anyways. As for who falls for those things, many new members do and sometimes even veterans on sythe can fall to a hidden link using something like iframe. And believe it or not, it might take over an hour before a staff member takes care of it. Notice my example in the first post is still not banned.

Not to be rude but most of the leechers I met were ban evaders and either way, I'm pretty this suggestion has been suggested before but not approved because of the ways here in Sythe are different then other sites that you are probably registered in.

Most of them are ban evaders.
If this was already suggested but not approved, I doesn't really effect me too much. I just wanted to suggest this so that some new users might benefit.

I saw a site that was a bodybuilding site, it had the 30 post count thing. I sorta agree to a point, but all people would have to do is go to the spam forum and spam away.

Post counts don't go up when you post in the spam forum.

I agree with this, I think this is very smart, 30 posts gives someone the time to learn a little bit about sythe, stop some scamming, and stop some ads/virus being posted

I don't think this would be a good idea because many market forums require pictures for proof that you own the account, item, etc... And many sellers are usually new and join the forum specifically for the market.

Post count doesn't increase in the spam forum.

not a bad idea.. it would probably reduce risks of scam..as many evaders just make accounts, and there first post is them selling somethign trying to scam. if every time they need to post 30 times, which is at least 900 seconds, which is 15 minutes of constant posting, less people would keep rejoining.

RSBot.org is succesful at keeping alot of scammers out, because u haveto be registered 2 weeks before you can view the market i believe or posts new threads. When i was a trusted member on rsbot, even those who had low post count could still be considered trusted. I might join RSBot again because sythe is just full of scammers.. I was very trusted there, hardly got scammed.. so i dont see why we cant try to reduce the risk of scamming.
