Best things to High Alch

What are the best things to High Alch? By best things I mean gains good exp and at least a little profit.

 

This site has a pretty long list, but some of the items aren't very practical due to their low GE limits.

Top 5 things to alch at this moment are, Yew Comp Bows, Mithril Kiteshield, Magic Comp bows, Mithril Plateskirts, and Adamant Full Helms. These items have the lowest gp loss and even a little bit of profit.

 

It sucks trying to get them items..
I suggest buying 10k maple longs (u) and alchong them by the ge. That way you can buy the items that make profit or no loss and still alch while waiting for them to come in. Maple longs (u) are a tiny bit of loss but not a lot.

 

I always do maple longbow (u). It is around 80 - 100gp lose.

Things that you alch that gains you a profit can only be bought in quantities of like 100 in the g.e.
