Briefly explaining the situation:

Ordered DT, and MM from his questing thread,

Note the time there, 11/22/2011, 2:08pm

(This is mountain time, where it is currently just about 2:00 pm here on 11/27/2011 just as a reference)

He said it would take 48 hours for both to be finished, I paid *IN ADVANCE* for both quests

(NOTE HIS TOS, I'll circle the relevant part here)

At this point theres nothing I can do regardless. If I take the refund i'll spend alot more than just a day finding someone else to do it,
yet you completely wasted the first day without even touching the account. To be completely honest, thats pretty disappointing. Nothing I can do though,
just finish the order and try not to take forever on it, I'm somewhat busy for the next 24 hours anyways.

(Last bit ended up possibly not being him, Sorry I woulda took screenies of the convo itself rather than dragging up the chatlog from my history (tried to make it readable though), but comp restarted since then so the in msn convo itself is gone, but already copypasted the shit to notepad after he flaked -.-)

TL;DR Version of chatlogs.

Accepted order on 11/22/2011 @ 2:08pm (Mountain time)
Gave me 48 hour timeframe, which would put the endtime at 1-2pm on 11/24/2011

Requested an extra 24 hours or offered refund.

Agreed to the extra 24 hours (where nothing was completed during that time, note the two times next to that bit thats bolded about it. 3:18pm was the first message, then 2:39pm was the second message, which is the next day, which is after the requested extra 24 hours, putting the completed date at 11/25/2011 at around 1-2pm (mountain time))

At 7:32pm on 11/25/2011 (just about 80 hours from the accept of the order with an original time of 48hours + the 24 where only MM was completed in that time frame.

I requested a refund at that point and logged onto the account to find the bank cleaned (I agreed to not log onto the account during the process so up until that point I had not) and then changed the password since the bank was cleaned, and then hired someone else to finish the order (DT) which was

And as you see at the bottom of the chatlog there.. He refuses the refund after offering it claiming I violated his ToS by cancelling and no refund would be given (when he himself violated his ToS by not even completiting the order in almost 2x the time estimated.)

Sorry for the HUGE post, I'm trying to make this accurate this time, i'v attempted to resolve this by more reasonable means by just explaining the situation and working it out over msn, but hes blocked me and won't respond to my pms
(Example of one PM that was sent yesterday trying to resolve the issue with moderators being brought in)

So i'm posting this just to get this issue looked into, I tried to be as thorough as possible this time around since other people are having issues with him aswell. The log above is entirely unedited past the *Edited* bits that are just sensitive information.

*Sorry no pictures of the trade itself, but the log clearly shows the payment in advance was completed.

Edit: Made this thread a 2nd time since the first time was a few days ago and I pm'd a moderator asking for it to be deleted while I had time to verify all of the facts (bank being cleaned I can't 100% on, so I can't pin him on that although it was during his care that it was cleaned).
