    1 Yes..? If I owned the company, I wouldn't take a different picture for each model. It's the exact same thing for all of the models, why waste your time?

    Anyone know New York laws?

    It's legal.
    However, thelight may not have a light source greater than 32 candlepower..
    and it can not strobe.
    I believe those are legal... but blue is a common emergency light. I would email a cheif at the police department.
