    is there any decent software where u can put writing on pictures or add colors etc?

    here is a link to gimp http://www.gimp.org/
    but what you said you need it for i would just use paint. it comes on all pc's.(atleat the majority that i know of)

    just go to the start menu then it might be right their in the left coloum but if not click all programs an look for paint an if you still cant find it there should be a search bar at the bottom of all programs.
