    Regional Track Meet Tomorrow
    Hey guys, I'm starting to become active on Sythe again. Many of you probably don't remember or know me but that's okay.

    Anyway, I have my regional track meet tomorrow, it is prelims cause I'm in sprinting events. I run the 4x200 and the open 400. Have a good chance at advancing to the state meet in the 400. My 400m record is a 51.2 which is pretty fast. If anyone has any questions/words of encouragement post them here. Cheers.

    Gl bro, I never ran track only played football and baseball. That is really fast though. I have a friend that ran a 49.66 and got offers everywhere.

    Never been a big fan of track, I did compete in long distance events in middle school/beggining of high school though. Anyways, goodluck!
