membership help(no im not buying r selling)

Okay i cant use my mom's credit card but i can do pay by phone. So i did pbp on my lvl 68 account and it got banned a month later(i did use my home phone and for osme reson and did not go onto my phone bill). Of course the account got banned untill i pay them back then i did this on another account lvl 73 and it got banned again.Now im on my main level 94(1261 for total lvl) and i need to be a member again but im afraid he'll get banned what do i do??? Or how do i fix this?

 

mabye ur mom cancels the bill
