Ban's and Appeal's help along with account recovery help...

Ok about a week ago when the new ban system came into play i filed for an appeal to unban my account for macroing. All the rest of my appeals has been expired but for some reason that one ban is still there. I've been waiting a week now and still my appeal has not been read. What should i do? or is this normal?

Now for my account recovery help. Some asshole tried to recover an account we swapped for 4 weeks later! (btw this asshole was Ouch) Obvious there is no way in hell he can recover it because i put a pin and changed recovs on it. The accounts has been locked for a week and the appeal has been pending for one and a half days. is this normal? will i get my account unlocked? how much longer will i have to wait?

 

It can take up to 3 days for the account to be unlocked.
Ban appeals can take a while, mines been going on for like 4 days currently.

 

Your account is usually unlocked 3-4 Days after you file an appeal, i know this because ive had it locked many times. As for the appeals, i have one filed 5 days ago and it still hasn't been read, i think their system is really overwhelmed because of the update.
