    Why not? Heres the proof... they got my account locked 2 times.. 1 time normal lock, secound time - perm... And what did i get as an answer? Something like this: "we wont give you anything, we dont care that we got locked ur account, so, stop fucking with me, im taking ur account off our account list"

    that sucks, never trust any massive gold sellers, most are "real" for most people, but for some they scam so they get free merchandise, and its not enough to shut them down because they will just deny it and people will back them up saying they didnt get scammed. also since you tried to sell them your account, jagex wont take that as an excuse :/

    i suggest that you send in a message to jagex billing support saying your account got locked for some reason, and you cant unlock it.

    It's no USFine's problem, it's yours. There is always a risk when selling accounts. You risked it and you lost your account temporarily. (Because I have never heard of a permanent lock before...)

    Lesson is, try harder next time to not lose your account or just plain don't sell it.

    yeh definantly try using billing support, send jagex a message saying you were hacked and tryed to recover etc.

    Thye best part is that they arent talking to me anymore... really "good" costumer service..

    That is pure retarded and childish.

    If you can still get your account back, then at least the basic damage will be gone. But as for the company, that's horrible customer service.

    700 USD? Thats huge money man....

    Good luck getting your account back.
