    I can kinda help you.

    What levels are they?

    You can do the dragon stone method.

    If they both have karajama gloves then you can transfer it for a total of 2.7M loss (that's if you're doing all fire runes)

    you're gonna want an autoseller cuz it gets really boring

    There are many trusted transferers. They do it for like 5%.

    Post on his MMing thread and hell get back to you soon. He charged 10% of final trade.

    I also know his joint mill shop with 2 other guys will charge you 1$ per mill transfered.
